விக்ரம் கல்வி அறிவு இல்லாதவர்.அவருடைய சொந்த ஊரில் ரசாயன நிறுவனம் அரசாங்கம் கொண்டு வருகிறது.அதனை தடுக்க அவர் ஊரை சேர்ந்த அமைச்சர் சாயாஜி ஷிண்டேவிடம் உதவி கேட்டு வருகிறார்.அவரும் செய்வதாக வாக்கு கொண்டுக்கிறார்.விக்ரமுடன் ஜோதிகாவும் வருகிறார்.வந்த இடத்தில விக்ரமுக்கு பசுபதிக்கு மோதல் ஏற்பட்டு அமைச்சரை வைத்து விக்ரமை அடித்து தூக்கி போட்டுவிடுகிறார்கள்.விக்ரம் உயிர் பிழைத்து வந்து ரீமா சென்னின் உதவியுடன் அந்த நிறுவனத்தை தடுக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்கிறார்.

A kind-hearted, albeit tough, villager, Arumugam, ventures into the city to meet Minister Kaalaipandi. Arumugam wants to deliver a petition to him to stop the chemical factory in his village from releasing toxic waste into the river.
