ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಓರ್ವ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಆದರೆ ತನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ಸಿದ್ದಾರ್ಥ್ (ಮಾದವನ್) ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಂತಿ (ಅವ್ನಿ) ಯನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಂತೆ ಬೆಳೆಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಇವರು ಒಂದು ದಿನ ತಮ್ಮ ಗೆಳೆಯ ರವಿಯ ಜತೆ ತಂದೆಯ ಕಾರ್ ಕದ್ದು ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಖಳನಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ರಾಜ್ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಮೇಲಿನ ದ್ವೇಷಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಮೂವರನ್ನೂ ಅಪಹರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಇವರು ಖಳನಾಯಕನಿಂದ ಹೇಗೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
