మాధవ,ఒక దొంగ,ఆ ఊరి భూస్వామి కూతురిని ప్రేమిస్తూ,న్యాయ మార్గంలో వెళ్లి,తన తండ్రి ఆస్తిని కొనుగోలు చేసుకోవాలి అనుకుంటాడు.అదే అమ్మాయిను ప్రేమిస్తున్న ఒక పోలీసు అధికారి మాధవ ను ఒక నేరంలో  నిందుతుడుగా చేరుస్తాడు.ఆ తరువాత మాధవ తను నిరపరాదిగా ఎలా నిరూపించుకున్నాడు..తన ప్రేమతో పాటు తన తండ్రి ఆస్థిని ఎలా సంపాదించుకున్నాడు అన్నదే ఈ చిత్ర కథాంశం
