యోగి(మోహన్ బాబు) ఓ హై కోర్టు జడ్జీ.ఓ రాజకీయనయుకుడు వేసిన నిందతో సివిల్ పరీక్షల్లో ఫస్ట్ రంక్ వచ్చిన అతన్ని తన తండ్రే కొడుక్కి ఆరేళ్ళ పాటు జైలు శిక్ష విధిస్తాడు.రిలీజ్ అయిన తర్వుట ఆ రాజకీయనయుకుడు చనిపోయాడని తెలిసి తన కొడుకు అతని తండ్రి అస్థికలు కలుపుతుంటే శర్మ రావు(ముకేష్ రుషి) కి అడ్డుపడతాడు.అప్పటినుంచి వాళ్ళిద్దరి మధ్య విపరీతమైన వైరం ఉంటుంది.మధ్యల తన స్నేహితుడు(అక్కినేని నాగార్జున) కూడా సహాయం చేస్తాడు.
