డబ్బుకు మాత్రమే విలువిచ్చే వ్యక్తి రవి.ప్రేమానురాగాలకు,సంస్కృతి సంప్రదాయాలకు విలువనిచ్చే అమ్మాయి రాజేశ్వరి.పెద్దల అంగీకారంతో వీరిద్దరికి కళ్యాణం జరుగుతుంది.కొంతకాలం తర్వాత ధన వ్యామోహంతో తన భార్యకు విడాకులిచ్చి శిరీష అనే తన యజమానురాలుని పెళ్ళిచేసుకోవాలని భావిస్తాడు రవి.అప్పటికే రవికి పెళ్లి అయిందని తెలుసుకున్న శిరీష అతనిని విడాకుల సర్టిఫికెట్ కోరుతుంది.ఆ తరువాత  రవి తన భార్య ను ఒప్పించి విడాకులు తీసుకున్నాడా లేదా ?  అందుకు రాజేశ్వరి ఎలాంటి షరతులు విధించింది ? అనేదే చిత్ర కథాంశం.
