பசுபதி(ரஞ்சித்) என்பவர் தனது சொந்தவூரான ராசாக்காபாளையத்தைவிட்டு வேலை தேடி சென்னைக்கு வருகிறார்.அங்கு தாஸ்(விவேக்) எனும் ஏட்டிடம் எடுபிடியாக சேர்ந்து குற்றங்களை எதிர்த்து போராடுகிறார்.இதனால் தாஸுக்கு பதைவி உயர்வும் கிடைத்துவிடுகிறது.தனது தாயின் அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்காக பணம் தயார்செய்யும் முயற்சியில் நக்சலைட் அமைப்பின் பிடியில் சிக்கிவிடுகிறார்.
