மாயி

மாயி(சரத்குமார்) தனது கிராமத்திலுள்ள அனைவருக்கும் நன்மையை மட்டுமே நினைப்பவர்.எம்.எல்.ஏ ஒருவருக்கு தேர்தலில் தனது ஆதரவை கொடுக்க மறுக்கிறார் மாயி.இதனால் தேர்தலில் தோற்றுப்போகும் அவர்,தனது மகனை(ஆனந்த்) மாயியின் தங்கை லக்ஷ்மியை(சுவலட்சுமி) மனக்கும்படி செய்கிறார்.மேலும் மாயியை பழிவாங்கும் நோக்கத்தில் லக்ஷ்மிக்கு பல கொடுமைகளை செய்கிறார்.
