నలభైమంది దొంగలు ప్రజలు నుండి విలువైన సంపదను దొంగిలించి దానిని ఒక గుహలో దాచుకుంటారు.ఆ గుహలోనికి  ఎవరూ ప్రవేశించలేని విధంగా తలుపుకు ఒక సంకేతాన్ని పదరూపంలో అమరుస్తారు.ఎవరైనా ఆ పదాన్ని తలుపుముందు ఉచ్చరిస్తే ఆ తలుపు తెరుచుకుంటుంది.ఆ పదాన్ని తెలుకున్న ఆలీబాబా సోదరుడు,ధనాశతో ఆ గుహలోనికి ప్రవేశించి దొంగల చేతికి చిక్కి అనేక చిత్రహింసలకు లోనవుతాడు.ఇది తెలుసుకున్న ఆలీబాబా దొంగలకు బుద్ధిచెప్పి తన అన్నను ఎలా రక్షించుకున్నాడు ? ప్రజల సంపదను ఎలా రక్షించాడు? అనేదే కథాంశం.

Forty thieves steal valuables from people and hide them in a cave.The door of the cave has a code word and Alibaba gets to know about it.What happens afterwards forms the rest of the story.
