ಕಳಪೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಕುಸಿತವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ ೨೦೦ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರೊಫೆಸರ್ ಜಯಸಿಂಹ (ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್) ಮನೆಯವರೂ ಸೇರಿದ್ದರು.ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆತ ವಿಷ್ಣು ಸೇನೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆತನ ಸ್ಟೂಡೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಲು ಸೇರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
