నరసింహనాయుడి చెల్లి సరస్వతి,తన అనుచరుడైన బాషా ప్రేమించి,పెద్దలను ఎదిరించి పెళ్లిచేసుకుంటారు.తద్వారా సరస్వతి కుటుంబం నర్సింహనాయుడి కుటుంబం నుండి దూరమవుతుంది.ఇది తెలుసుకున్న సరస్వతి కొడుకు సులేమాన్ ఈ రెండు కుటుంబాలను ఒకటి చెయ్యడానికి,కృష్ణశాస్త్రి అనే వేదపండితుని పేరుతో నరసింహనాయుడి ఇంటిలోకి ప్రవేశిస్తాడు.చివరకు ఆ రెండు కుటుంబాలను ఎలా ఒక్కటి చేస్తాడు అనేదే కథాంశం.
