എഡിജിപി മാത്യു മഞ്ചൂരാൻ തൻ്റെ  ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഒരു പ്രതിസന്ധി ഘട്ടത്തിൽക്കൂടി കടന്നുപോകുന്നു, അദ്ദേഹം ജോലിയിൽ നിന്ന് വിരമിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നു, എന്നാൽ അയാളുടെ അടുത്ത സുഹൃത്തായ  ഡി.ജി.പി മൂന്നു പേരുടെ കൊലപാതകത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് അന്വേഷിക്കാൻ മഞ്ചൂരാനെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. അതേ സമയം മൂന്ന് പേർ കുടി വീണ്ടും കൊല്ലപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ, മഞ്ചൂരാനും ഈ മാരകമായ കൊലകളിയുടെ ഭാഗമാകുന്നു.
