ನಾಯಕ ವರುಣ್ (ಪ್ರೇಮ್ ಕುಮಾರ್) ದೊಡ್ಡ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಯ ಮಗ. ನಾಯಕಿ ವರ್ಷಾಳನ್ನು (ಅಮೂಲ್ಯಾ) ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಂತರ ನಾಯಕಿಗೆ ವರುಣ್ ತಾನು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಂಪನಿ ಮಾಲೀಕ ಅಂತ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತೆ. ಆಗ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ವರುಣ್ ತುಂಬಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಯ್ಕೆ ಎಂದೆನಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮದುವೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಂದಾಗುತ್ತಾರ ಎಂಬುದೇ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
