ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕ ಸುದೀಪ್ ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಆಸೆಯಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತನಾಗಲು ಕಾಳಧನಿಕರಿಂದ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ಕಪ್ಪು ಹಣ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆ ಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ.ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ತಾನು ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಅಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿಸಲು ಜನರ ಎದರು ತನ್ನ ಅಣ್ಣ ಇವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಎಂಬಂತೆ ದ್ವಿಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.ಕೊನೆಗೆ ನಾಯಕಿಯ ಮಾತಿನಂತೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ತಾನು ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಅನಾಥಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ಈ ಕಥೆಯ ತಿರುಳು.
