ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕ ಕಬೀರ (ಶಿವರಾಜ್ ಕುಮಾರ್) ಓರ್ವ ಅನಾಥನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆತನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಧರ್ಮ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೌಢ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯ ಕುರಿತು ನಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಆತನ ಬದುಕು ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಆತ ತನ್ನ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ತಂದ ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
