ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕ ರಾಜನ (ರವಿಚಂದ್ರನ್) ಮೇಲೆ ವಿನಾಃ ಕಾರಣ ಐದು ಜನ ಅಮಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದ ಆರೋಪವನ್ನು ಹೊರಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.ಇದರಿಂದ ಆತನ ಪ್ರಿಯತಮೆ ಆತನಿಂದ ದೂರಾದರೆ,ಆಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಯಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪುತ್ತಾಳೆ.ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಆಧಾರದ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧೂಷಿ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ನಂತರ ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವ ನಾಯಕ ತನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರಿಸಿದವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
