ఒక మాంత్రికుడు (Narra వేంకటేశ్వర రావు) ఒక వజ్రాన్నిపొంది,ఈ ప్రపంచాన్ని పరిపాలించాలీ అనుకుంటాడు.ఒక పాము వజ్రం కలిగి.నాగిని (ప్రేమ) మరియు ఆమె భర్త (ప్రభాకర్) మానవ రూపంలో nagadevathaలుగా ఉంటారు.అయితే ప్రభాకర్,మాన్త్రికుడి వలలో చిక్కుకుంటాడు.విశ్వనాథ్(రంగనాథ్) అతని కుమార్తె లక్ష్మి (రాశి) నాగిని ఆరాధకులు..రాహుల్ (saikiran) మృదు స్వభావి,లక్ష్మీతో వివాహం కావాలి.కాని,మానవ రూపం లో  నాగిని తన భర్త ను సొంతం చేసుకోవాలంటే కొందరిని చంపాలీ.అప్పుడు నాగిని,రాహుల్ ను  చంపాలనుకుంటుంది.ఇప్పుడు ఎలా లక్ష్మీ తన భర్తను రక్షించుకుంటుంది.అనేదే మిగిలిన కథాంశం.
