ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕ ಸಚಿನ್ (ಅನಿರುದ್) ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಸರ್ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಬಾಲ್ಯದ ಗೆಳತಿ ಎಂಬುದೇ ಆತನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನಿಜ ವಿಚಾರ ತಿಳಿದ ನಂತರ ಆತ ಆಕೆಯೊದಿಗೆ ಸ್ನೇಹವನ್ನೇ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಮತ್ತೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
