ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ (ರಾಕೇಶ್) ಹಾಗೂ ಗೋಪಿ (ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್) ಬಡವರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಹಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪರಿತಪಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ರೌಡಿಗಳು ಒಂದು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಅಪಹರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮಗುವಿನ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕರೆ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಮದ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ನಾಯಕರು ತಾವು ಮಾಡದ ಅಪಹರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಹಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಹೇಗೆ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿದರು ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
