ತಿರುಪತಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಶುರುವಾಗುವುದು ಸುಮಂತ್ (ಸುಮಂತ್) ಹಾಗೂ ಆತನ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು ತಿರುಪತಿಗೆ ಮದುವೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವುದರಿಂದ.ಸುಮಂತ್‍ನ ಅಣ್ಣನ ಮದುವೆ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ`ತಿರುಪತಿ ತಿರುಪತಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್' ರೈಲು ಹತ್ತುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಆದ್ರೆ ಸುಮಂತ್ ಗೆ ರೈಲು ಮಿಸ್ ಆಗಿ ಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.ಗಡಿಬಿಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ (ಕೃತಿ ಖರಬಂದ)ಳ ಪರಿಚಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.ಸುಮಂತ್ ಮಾಂಗಲ್ಯ ಸರವನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತಾನಾದರೂ ಅಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಪತಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಮೈಸೂರು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ತಿರುಪತಿಗೆ ರೈಲು ಸೇರುವಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಂತ್ ಸಹ ತಿರುಪತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.ಸುಮಂತ್ ಹೇಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
