ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಥ್ರಿಲ್ಲರ್ ಮಂಜು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾಯಕ ಸತ್ಯ (ಥ್ರಿಲ್ಲರ್ ಮಂಜು) ಓರ್ವ ಮುಗ್ಧ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಂತರ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆತ ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಳನಾಯಕ ಬಾಬಾ ನಾಯಕ್ ನಾಯಕನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ವ್ಯಗ್ರನಾಗುವ ನಾಯಕ ಭೂಗತಲೋಕದ ರೌಡಿಯಾಗಿ ಖಳನಾಯಕ ಬಾಬಾ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
