ನಾರಿ ಮುನಿದರೆ ಗಂಡು ಪರಾರಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಾಸ್ಯಮಯ ಚಿತ್ರ.ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ ಮಹಿಳಾವಾದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು,ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರಪಂಚವನ್ನು ಆಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾಳೆ.ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಗಂಡಸರ ವರ್ತನೆ ಬದಲಾಗುವಂತಹ ರಸಾಯನವನ್ನು ಆಕೆ ನಗರದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆರೆಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ.ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗಂಡಸರು ಹೆಂಗಸರಂತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಕೊನೆಗೆ ನಾಯಕ ಕಾಶೀನಾಥ್ ಹಾಗೂ ದೊಡ್ಡಣ್ಣ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಹೆಹರಿಸುವುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
