ಮಳೆ ಬಂತು ಮಳೆ ತಾಯು ಎಂಬ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಕಥೆ.ಈ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಕಾಸುರ (ವಜ್ರಮುನಿ) ಎಂಬ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನಿಂದ ಇಡೀ ಊರಿನ ಜನ ಹಿಂಸೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದೇ ಊರಿನವನಾದ ನಾಯಕ ಸುಬ್ಬು (ಅರ್ಜುನ್ ಸರ್ಜಾ) ಖಳನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಪುಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಹುಡುಗಿಯ ಜತೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.ಇನ್ನೇನು ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಸುಖಾಂತ್ಯ ಎಂಬಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಅನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಮೊಸಲೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ.ನಾಯಕ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನೆ ಪಣಕ್ಕಿಟ್ಟು ಆ ಮೊಸಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
