ನಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ (ಪ್ರಸಾದ್) ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಯಕಿ ಪೂಜಾ (ಪ್ರೇಮ) ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ರೆ ನಾಯಕಿಯ ಮನೆಯವರು ಇವರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾದ ರಘುಗೆ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಬಯಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಡದ ತಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನಾಯಕ ಜೈಲು ಪಾಲಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದ್ರೆ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಇವರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡ ರಘು ತಾನೆ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತು ಇವರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸುವುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.

Pooja falls in love with her classmate Prasad. However, the girl's parents oppose this relationship because Pooja's family wants her to marry Inspector Raghu. However, Life takes a completely new turn in when prasad got to jail after breakup with pooja.
