ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕ ಜಗ್ಗೇಶ್ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತನಾದ ನಂತರ ನಾಯಕಿ ರಾವಳಿಯನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗುವುದಾಗಿ ಆಕೆಯ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಬ್ಯಸಿನೆಸ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ಹಣ ಗಳಿಸಿ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ದಿಢೀರ್ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹಿಂಜರಿತದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಆತನ ಕಂಪೆನಿಯ ಶೇರು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಕುಸಿದು ಆತ ನಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಅವನು ತಾನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಮರಳಿ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
