ವಿಜಯರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಹಾರ್ಟ್ ಬಿಟ್ ತ್ರಿಕೋನ ಪ್ರೇಮಕಥೆ. ನಾಯಕ ಲಕ್ಕಿ (ವಿಜಯ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ) ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅದೇ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೇರುವ ನಾಯಕಿ ವಂದನಾ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಹುಟ್ಟುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ವಂದನಾ ಗೆಳತಿ ಸಪ್ನಾ ಸಹ ನಾಯಕನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ನಾಯಕಿ ತನ್ನ ಗೆಳತಿಗಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆ.
