ಈ ಚಿತ್ರ ತ್ರಿಕೋನ ಪ್ರೇಮಕಥೆ.ಚಿತ್ರದ ನಾಯಕ ದರ್ಶನ್ ರೌಡಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ಥಾನೆ.ಆದ್ರೆ ನಾಯಕಿ ಸಿಂಧೂ ಮೆನನ್ ಆತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾಳೆ.ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ.ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾಯಕ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಜೈಲುವಾಸ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.ಆದರೆ ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈತನ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ತನಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬಳು ಈತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ.ಆದರೆ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ನಾಯಕ ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಬಂದು ನಾಯಕಿ ಸಿಂದೂ ಮೆನನ್ ರನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗುವುದು ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
