హైదరాబాద్ నగరానికి విమానంలో ప్రయాణిస్తున్న క్రమంలో రాహుల్ అనే యువకుడికి ప్రియ అనే అమ్మాయి పరిచయమవుతుంది.అయితే అనుకోని సమస్య వలన విమానం గోవా చేరుకోవడంతో అక్కడే ఈ యువతీ,యువకులిద్దరూ ఒక రాత్రి కలిసి గడపాల్సి వస్తుంది.తర్వాత ఇదే జంట ప్రేమలో పడ్డాక వారి జీవితంలో ఎలాంటి సంఘటనలు జరిగాయన్నదే కథాంశం.
