ನಯನತಾರಾ ಇದು ನಯನಾ ಮತ್ತು ತಾರಾ ಎಂಬ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಅನಾಥ ಅಕ್ಕತಂಗಿಯರ ಕಥೆ. ನಯನಾ ಮನೆಗೆಲಸ- ಅಡುಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತಾರಾಳಿಗೆ ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡೋ ಕನಸು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಆದರೆ ತಾರಾ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಹುಡುಗನನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿ ಆಡಂಬರದ ಜೀವನ ಬಯಸುವ ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾಳೆ.  ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ತಾರಾಳ ಡ್ರೀಮ್‌ ಬಾಯ್‌ಅನ್ನು ನಯನಾ ಮದುವೆಯಾಗುವ ಪ್ರಸಂಗ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಕಥೆ ತಿರುವು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಮನೆಕೆಲಸದ ಹುಡುಗಿ ಮನೆ ಯಜಮಾನಿಯಾಗುವ ಕಥೆ ಇದು.

Nayana Thara is a story of Nayana and Thara, two orphan sisters. Nayana who is a maid working as a cook, got a dream to get her younger sister Thara’s marriage at her level best, but selfish Thara’s dream is to marry a rich man and attain lavish lifestyle. But the twist is Nayana ends up with marrying a man, who is Thara’s dream boy and the story flips further. In a nutshell, this is a story of a house maid becoming the owner of the house.
