శీను (నితిన్) ఒక న్యూ ఆర్ట్స్ అండ్ సైన్సెస్ ఇన్ మహారాజా కళాశాలలో చేరతాడు.నందిని (నేహా) అదే కళాశాలకు వెళ్తుంది.శీను ఒక మధ్య తరగతి వాడు..నందిని  గౌరీ శంకర్ (ప్రకాష్ రాజ్),ఒక భూమి మాఫియా డాన్  ఏకైక కుమార్తె..ఫ్రెషర్స్ వేడుకలో శీను,నందినితో డాన్సు చేయడంతో అనుమానించిన గౌరీ శంకర్ అనుచరుడు గౌరీశంకర్ కి చెప్పి,శీనును కొట్టాలని చూస్తారు..విసుగెత్తి శీను,నందినిని ప్రేమించి,ఆమెనే పెళ్లి చేసుకుంటానని గౌరీ శంకర్ కే సవాలు విసురుతాడు..ఆ తర్వాత ఎలాంటి పరిణామాలు చోటు చేసుకున్నాయి..ఆ సవాలులో ఎవరు గెలిచారు తదితర అంశాలన్నీ ఆసక్తి కరంగా సాగే చిత్రం దిల్.

Nandini's rich father Gowri Shankar finds that his daughter loves Seenu.He gets Seenu beaten up by his henchmen.But Seenu promises to win Nandini back.
