ഡെറിക് അബ്രഹാം ഒരു സത്യസന്ധനായ പോലീസ് ഓഫീസർ ആണ്. ഡെറിക്ക്ന്   അയാളുടെ സഹോദരനായ ഫിലിപ്പിനെ കാമുകിയെ വധിച്ച കുറ്റത്തിന് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഫിലിപ്പ് കുറ്റക്കാരനല്ല എന്ന് ഡെറിക്ക്ന് പിന്നീട് മനസ്സിലാകുന്നു. അതോടെ അയാൾ തൻ്റെ സഹോദരനെ ജയിലിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു.
